With the announcement of plans for BC to move forward resuming activities and businesses opening in the coming weeks, we are optimistically setting our sights on Fall Football! While the timelines for a season and the protocols to ensure safe operation are still to be determined, we are opening a Waitlist Registration for the tackle season.
The Board is hard at work making plans to get up and running so we can get back on the fields and the kids can play the game we love. Now we need you to let us know you’re ready to play too! Starting Monday, May 11th at 9am, you can grab your spot on the waitlist for tackle season by clicking on Registration.
Registration has been set up as a waitlist for the time being until we have received the official green light to proceed from all applicable governing bodies. We understand that Esportsdesk has been slow to process refunds for Spring Flag and in a worst case scenario that sees closures announced again for the Fall prior to Summer, we’d like to mitigate the stress of waiting for tackle season refunds.
As soon as we can officially collect the registration fees, you will be sent an invitation to register from the waitlist. Your waitlist entry will be time/date stamped and invitations will be released in order. There are no limitations to the number of registrants allowed on the waitlist, however, there is a maximum number of players per age division that will receive invitations to complete payment, so your waitlist position may become important.
